Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a clinical site location?

We do not at this time have a physical location. Our staff will work with clients in the home or community.

Will you work with siblings?

With parent permission, we will work with clients and their siblings together to work on communication and social skills.

How long will services last?

This will depend upon authorization from your insurance carrier based on the medical necessity of the services we provide. The BCBA will complete an initial assessment which is submitted to the insurance company along with the authorization request. Authorized services could range anywhere from 1 – 40 hours per week. Typically the authorizations for services must be re-submitted every 3-6 months, and the child is discharged once goals are met.

Are your staff experienced and qualified?

All of our staff are required to be board certified behavior analysts or registered behavior technicians. Our Techs will receive daily supervision.

Are parents involved in ABA therapy?

Yes, involvement of parents or caregivers is necessary to success. From answering questions about your child and his/her behavior during the initial assessment to collecting data for the BCBA to review, parents play an integral role. The BCBA will train parents or caregivers on the programs we implement so that you can respond consistently to your child’s behavior even when we are not there.

Can you help with behavior problems at school?

Yes, our BCBAs have extensive experience in working with teachers to address behavior problems that are occurring in school or daycare. You will need to check with your child’s school or daycare about their policy for private providers and to obtain any required paperwork.
